Artículo único. Podrán transportarse libres de fletes en los ferrocarriles nacionales y con el 50 por 100 de rebaja en las empresas de transporte que reciban subvención nacional, a más de los elementos y maquinarias enumeradas en el Decreto número 1694 de 1931, los que importen las Sociedades de Agricultores legalmente constituidas y la Sección de Previsión Agrícola de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, siempre que a juicio del Ministerio de Agricultura y comercio sean de utilidad para la agricultura o la ganadería.
