LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.2.8. Personal de los Servicios. El personal de los servicios está compuesto por aquellos tripulantes que se desempeñan en actividades administrativas y de servicios de a bordo, tales como sanidad, cocina, mayordomía y similares. Esta personal depende del Oficial de los Servicios, cuando exista este cargo a bordo, o en su defecto del Oficial que designe el Capitán, salvo las excepciones señaladas en el artículo siguiente.
