Los reembolsos de que trata el artículo 334 de la Ley 79 de 1931, cuando el Administrador de la respectiva Aduana los decrete favorablemente al interesado, deberán necesariamente consultarse con el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, sin cuyo requisito no tendrá ningún valor la decisión respectiva.
