El concesionario será responsable de la utilización que se haga de los formularios recibidos y deberá reconocer, en todo caso, los precios correspondientes a les formularios que resultaren favorecidos, si consta en el libro de registro que éstos fueron entregados, lo cual será para estos efectos prueba suficiente.
