El Ministerio de Salud incluirá dentro de sus programas la prestación de servicios de prevención, tratamiento y rehabilitación de fármaco dependientes. Trimestralmente, el citado Ministerio, enviará al Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes estadísticas sobre el número de personas que dichos centros han atendido en el país.
