El recurso de apelación contra las providencias de la Junta se interpondrá en el acto de la notificación o en los cinco días subsiguientes. Concedida la apelación, pasará la Junta el respectivo expediente al Ministerio de Gobierno, en donde se resolverá la apelación dentro del término de diez días después de recibida.
