Encargos y nombramientos provisionales. Mientras se surte el proceso de selección, y una vez convocado este, los respectivos empleos podrán ser provistos mediante encargo efectuado a empleados de carrera o mediante nombramiento provisional o transitorio, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 23 del Decreto-ley 790 de 2005.

El término de duración del encargo o del nombramiento provisional o transitorio no podrá ser superior a seis (6) meses.
