ABANDONO DEL PUESTO. El que estando de facción o de servicio, abandone el puesto por cualquier tiempo, sin causa justificada, incurrirá en arresto de uno (1) a tres (3) años. En la misma pena incurrirá el que estando de facción o de servicio se embriague o se ponga bajo los efectos de sustancias estupefacientes. Si quien comete el hecho es el comandante, la sanción se aumentará de una cuarta parte a la mitad.
