Articulo 40. El recaudo de los productos y el pago de los gastos de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, por sus facultades especiales, se hará sin pasar por el Presupuesto .Nacional, ciñéndose en un todo a los principios, normas y sistemas de contabilidad comercial tic acuerdo con las reglamentaciones que al respecto dice la Junta Directiva. La Fiscalización corresponderá a la Contraloría General de la República.
