Art. 7. ° La Corte, una vez recibido el expediente, lo darà en traslado al Procurador General de la Nación, y devuelto que sea, observará la tramitación establecida en los artículos 147, 148, y149 del Código Político y Municipal, y decidirá en definitiva sobre la validez ó nulidad de la ordenanza.
