° Si se hiciere oposición, se pasará el expediente respectivo al Jefe de la Sección Jurídico Administrativa de la Oficina Nacional de Minas, quien debe presentar proyecto de resolución, dentro del término de quince días, y el Ministro dispondrá de los quince días restantes para dictar su resolución.
