El mandato judicial no termina por la muerte del mandante si ya está notificada la demanda, mientras no sea revocado por los herederos o expire por otra causa legal.

Tampoco termina por la cesación de las funciones del que lo dio como representante de una persona natural o jurídica si ya está notificada la demanda, mientras aquella por si o por medio de un nuevo representante, no lo revoca, o termina el poder por otra causa.
