Evaluación cualitativa y cuantitativa. Las autoridades del Estado en instancias de la sociedad civil evaluarán el Plan de Desarrollo Salto Social, en lo cualitativo, para apreciar los cambios progresivos que conduzcan al desarrollo humano integral en las distintas áreas de la vida social, y en lo cuantitativo, para examinar el cumplimiento de las inversiones y los resultados obtenidos con ellas. Para este efecto, entre otros medios, se emplearán los indicadores de orden cualitativo y cuantitativo apropiados.
