POSESIÓN DE PARTICULARES ANTE ORGANISMOS DE CONTROL. El acto de posesión de directores, administradores, representantes legales y revisores fiscales de las entidades vigiladas por el Estado, no requerirá la presentación personal ante la entidad pública correspondiente. La posesión se entenderá surtida con la autorización que imparta el funcionario competente, una vez solicitada por el interesado. Con el mismo acto se entiende cumplido el juramento requerido por la ley.
