Favorabilidad respecto a la dotación de calzado y vestido. Cuando la convención o pacto colectivo u arbitral, contrato sindical, contratado individual o prestación igual o similar a la señalada en el artículo 10 de la Ley 11 de 1984, se aplicara integralmente la más favorable al trabajador, de acuerdo a lo señalado en el artículo 21 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo.
