º . Al amparo de la Licencia Anual no se permitirá la importación de bienes usados, reconstruidos, saldos, imperfectos, sobrantes, o desperdicios. La importación de estos bienes deberá hacerse mediante licencias de importación individuales de acuerdo con las condiciones y requisitos establecidos en el Decreto 3803 del 31 de octubre de 2006, o las normas que la modifiquen o adicionen.
