Artículo segundo. La Junta Directiva del Instituto Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi" estará integrada por
El Ministro de Hacienda o su representante, quien la presidirá;
El Ministro de Defensa Nacional o su delegado;
El Ministro de Agricultura o su delegado; y
Un representante del Presidente de la República, elegido de terna presentada por la Sociedad de Agricultores de Colombia.
