A partir del 1º de enero de 2001, la remuneración mensual de los Procuradores Regionales será de: Cinco millones ciento setenta y dos mil ciento treinta y cuatro pesos ($5.172.134) moneda corriente, distribuida así: Asignación básica $1.671.506 Gastos de representación 1.671.506 Prima técnica 914.561 Prima especial 914.561

Parágrafo

De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 9º del Decreto 264 de 2000, la remuneración mensual del Procurador Regional será de: Cinco millones ciento setenta y dos mil ciento treinta y cuatro pesos ($5.172.134) moneda corriente, distribuida así: Asignación básica $2.553.412 Gastos de representación 1.993.609 Prima especial 625.113
