Los Fondos de Pensiones del Componente Complementario de Ahorro Individual del Pilar Contributivo estarán conformados por el conjunto de las cuentas individuales, así como los intereses, dividendos o cualquier otro ingreso generado por los activos que los integren, que constituyen patrimonios autónomos, propiedad de los(as) afiliados(as) con destinación específica, independientes del patrimonio de la administradora.
