Parágrafo 2

del artículo 3º del Decreto 1206 de 2001, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo 2

Las importaciones de mercancías destinadas a los municipios a que se refiere el presente decreto, gozarán de franquicia arancelaria hasta el 3 de enero de 2011".
