Art. 3º. Las disposiciones del Código Fiscal referentes a minas de carbón se aplicarán también a los depósitos de asfalto de cualquier clase, consistencia ó color, y a las de petróleo ó aceite mineral de cualquier grado ó clase, y gas natural y á cualesquiera otros productos de la misma ó análoga naturaleza.
