Adscríbase Al Ministerio De Correos Y Telégrafos El Manejo De Las Encomiendas Postales Del Exterior

Los Ministros de Hacienda y Crédito Público, y de Correos y Telégrafos, reglamentarán la manera de dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en este artículo.
