º. En seguida que sea promulgado este Decreto, los Concejos procederán a elaborar una relación o memorandum en el que se exprese con toda exactitud los límites del respectivo Municipio y el número y situación de las poblaciones de que consta, con fijación precisa de la parte urbana y de la rural. Estos datos deberá pasarlos a la Junta Municipal del Censo dentro de los cinco días siguientes a la instalación, de ésta, la cual debe verificarse el día 10 de abril de este año.
