Las asignaciones básicas mínimas y máximas mensuales establecidas en los artículos 4 y 5 del presente Decreto, serán actualizadas anualmente por el Gobierno Nacional, a pesos del año respectivo, con fundamento en la inflación esperada, de acuerdo con las metas que establezca la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República.
