Art. 199. Si los fondos apropiados a la renta del tabaco, que se colecten mensualmente en la tesorería general, no alcanzaren al pago de los gastos que exige la renta para su fomento, la Direccion en vista de los estados que le pase aquella oficina, i de los presupuestos que le remitan los factores, informará inmediatamente a la Secretaría de hacienda sobre la suma que debe cubrirse de los demás fondos del tesoro nacional, a fin de que el Poder Ejecutivo disponga que ingrese a la respectiva caja.
