Lo establecido para la ejecución de las penas en el artículo 641 del Código de Procedimiento Penal se aplicará en la detención preventiva. Además se hará extensiva tal gracia a los procesados mayores de 70 años y también a los mayores de 16 y los menores de 18 años, en cuanto su libertad no ofrezca peligro en concepto del Juez.
