Indemnización de perjuicios. Los condenados a quienes se absolviere en virtud de la revisión, o sus herederos, tendrán derecho a exigir de los Magistrados, Jueces, testigos o peritos que hubieren determinado la condena, la indemnización de los perjuicios sufridos con ella. La acción correspondiente se surtirá ante los Jueces competentes del ramo civil. CAPITULO TERCERO Revisión de autos de conclusión.
