Artículo decimocuarto. Toda actividad adelantada por personas jurídicas o naturales en las áreas de la química, mencionadas en el artículo 2º de la Ley 53 de 1975 y para cuyo proyecto y ejecución se requiere permiso de la entidad oficial, deberá estar dirigida por un profesional químico matriculado, cuyo nombre y matricula deben figurar en los respectivos estudios y memorias que se exigen para el otorgamiento del correspondiente permiso.
