° Autorízase al Gobierno para designar Magistrados auxiliares de los que entren a formar parte de las comisiones para suplir la deficiencia del servicio a que dé lugar el cumplimiento del último inciso del artículo anterior. Estos auxiliare devengarán una asignación mensual equivalente a las tres cuartas parte del sueldo del Magistrado principal.
