Vigencias y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias en especial las contenidas en la Ley 42 de 1993 y en la Ley106 de 1993.

Parágrafo

Las menciones que hagan las normas que continúen vigentes a la Auditoría ante la Contraloría General de la República o a su Auditoría Externa, se entenderán referidas a la Auditoría General de la República.
