Artículo único. Prorrógase por treinta días más el tiempo fijado en el artículo 2º. del Decreto número 1057 de 1908, que se reforma, para que los conductores de sal con derecho a prima a los antiguos Departamentos de Caldas, Cauca y Nariño puedan hacerse expedir las torna guías por los Administradores de Hacienda respectivos. Dicho término es definitivo é improrrogable, y comenzará a contarse desde el día siguiente al en que terminó el plazo fijado en el Decreto que se reforma.
