° Para los efectos del artículo anterior, los cargamentos citados serán trasportados por los dueños, Agentes ó Comisionistas de los mismos desde el muelle del Ferrocarril de Panamá hasta la Administración aludida, y cuando llegue el momento del embarque, serán trasportados esos cargamentos desde la misma Administración hasta á bordo de los buques. Dichas operaciones se verificarán bajo la inspección del Administrador de la aludida Renta.
