° Además de los empleados de que trata el artículo anterior, tendrá el Ferrocarril los empleados y obreros necesarios para su administración y explotación. Estos empleados y obreros tendrán las funciones y asignaciones que con aprobación del Gobierno determine y fije el Gerente. El nombramiento de empleados se hará por el Ministerio de Hacienda, de acuerdo con el Gerente; y las promociones y remociones que hiciere el Gerente serán sometidas a la aprobación del Ministerio.
