Los Juzgados de Comando de la Fuerza Aérea conocen en primera instancia de los procesos penales miliares contra Oficiales, Suboficiales y Soldados del Cuartel General del Comando de la Fuerza Aérea, comandantes de Comandos Aéreos, Bases Aéreas, Grupos Aéreos, Directores de Escuelas de Formación, Capacitación o Técnicas de la Fuerza Aérea y contra el personal cuyo conocimiento no esté atribuido a otro juzgado.
