En el caso previsto en el inciso primero del artículo anterior y tratándose de sociedades por acciones, deberá amortizarse el aporte de industria con cargo a la cuenta de pérdidas y ganancias de cada ejercicio social, en la parte proporcional que a éste corresponda.
