El auxilio votado por el artículo 1o. de la Ley 81 de 1928 para el Congreso medico de Barranquilla, que se reunirá en diciembre de este año, será pagado una vez que esta Ley sea sancionada a la Junta Organizadora de dicho Congreso. El Gobierno hará en la Ley de Apropiaciones de este año los traslados a que haya lugar a fin de darle oportuno cumplimiento a este artículo.
