Para la Avenida de la Gran Colombia se pedirá el concurso de Venezuela, Ecuador y Panamá, a fin de que en ella se coloquen las estatuas de los próceres nacionales de cada uno de estos tres países que a juicio de ellas más hayan contribuido ene l ejercicio de su vida republicana. Por su parte, Colombia colocará allí las estatuas de Santander, Camilo Torres y Antonio Nariño.
