º En los cursos que se organicen en el Cenaper podrá participar personal vinculado a establecimientos educativos nacionales, departamentales, municipales y privados. El Ministerio de Educación determinará los cupos con destino al personal vinculado a establecimientos privados de educación, el cual no podrá ser inferior a un 30% del cupo total anual del Cenaper.
