Art. 4.º Cuando el precio en oro fijado por los interesados, fuere inferior al corriente, según las Revistas del mercado de expendio en el Exterior, el respectivo Administrador de Aduana rectificará dicho precio y liquidará la parte que el Fisco reciba y deba pagar al exportador, tomando por base el precio corriente en cuestión y no fijado en la relación jurada.
