° A partir del primero de marzo próximo, los Inspectores de Telégrafos e Inspectores Constructores tendrán derecho a tres pesos ($ 3) diarios de viáticos mientras se encuentren en correría, visita a Oficinas Postales o Telegráficas, y construcción, remonta o sostenimiento de líneas telegráficas o telefónicas, fuera del lugar de su residencia. Si el Inspector se demorare injustificadamente en algún lugar, se le hará un descuento proporcional en los viáticos.
