Artículo primero. A partir del primero (1°) de mayo de mil novecientos setenta y ocho (1978) gozarán del auxilio patronal de transporte los trabajadores oficiales y los trabajadores particulares que devenguen un salario mensual hasta de dos (2) veces el salario mínimo legal, cuyo monto será de ciento veinte pesos ($ 120.00) mensuales.
