A fin de poder apreciar las cotizaciones de los elementos de primera necesidad y las subsistencias, los Alcaldes están obligados a formar mensualmente los cuadros de precios o víveres en los mercados de cada Municipio, y a enviarlos cada tres meses, por lo menos, según los formularios que se repartirán en cumplimiento de este Decreto.
