La condecoración otorgada mediante el presente decreto será impuesta en representación del Presidente de la República por el Ministro de Justicia y del Derecho, doctor Alfonso Gómez Méndez, al Presidente del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Buga, doctor Marceliano Chávez Ávila, en ceremonia solemne a la que serán invitados de honor los magistrados de las Salas del Tribunal.
