Art 271. Si los árbitros de que habla el artículo 44 de la mencionada Ley 80 de 1886 no cumplieren dentro de noventa días con el deber que las impone el artículo 59 de la misma Ley, además de ser responsables por los perjuicios que causaren a los interesados serán apremiados, por el Juez de Circuito que haya intervenido, con multas sucesivas hasta de cien pesos, previo informe del Secretario de la Junta de árbitros, quien puede ser apremiado de la misma manera, si demorarse el informe pedido.
