A partir de la expedición de la presente ley, la tarifa de los vehículos de servicio público de pasajeros colectivo y/o mixto tendrá un componente de recuperación de capital el cual se destinará única y exclusivamente a la renovación y reposición del parque automotor. ElMinisterio de Transporte reglamentará lo referente al porcentaje de este componente de recuperación de capital, así como el procedimiento para su determinación.
