Transitorio. Planta de personal: En tanto se promulgan las normas que adoptan la nueva planta de personal de la Red de Solidaridad Social los funcionarios públicos incorporados en la actual planta de personal del Fondo de Solidaridad y Emergencia Social continuarán ejerciendo las funciones a ellos asignadas, dentro de la organización de la Red de Solidaridad Social de que trata este Decreto. El representante legal del Fondo de Solidaridad y Emergencia Social continuará ejerciendo sus funciones hasta que el representante legal de la Red de Solidaridad Social tome posesión del cargo. Vl.
