Art. 2.º Para el despacho de todos los negocios relacionados en los ramos de correos i telégrafos habrá en la Direccion jeneral las siguientes secciones: 1.ª De Administracion, desempeñada por un oficial de correspondencia, dos escribientes, un contador ausiliar para el ramo de i telégrafos, i un escribiente de éste, conforme al decreto especial de contabilidad de las oficinas telegráficas de 4 del presente, número 481. 2.ª De contabilidad, a cargo del Administrador-Contador, un Tenedor de libros, i un oficial de correspondencia i dos escribientes. 3.ª De recibo i entrega de correspondencia i apartado, a cargo de un oficial i del espendedor de estampillas. 4.ª De distribucion i rejistro de correspondencia, certificados e impresos, a cargo de un oficial. 5.ª De encomiendas, a cargo de un oficial i el adjunto.
