En lo no previsto en los presentes Estatutos, se aplicarán a la Empresa, las disposiciones del Código del Comercio establecidas para las sociedades de responsabilidad limitada, en cuanto no se opongan a su naturaleza jurídica de entidad descentralizada indirecta del orden nacional.
