Declaración del Parque Nacional Temático Jardín de la Vida como patrimonio cultural de la Nación. Una vez realizadas las obras de que tratan los Capítulos V al IX de la presente ley, el Gobierno Nacional declarará el Parque Nacional Temático Jardín de la Vida como Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación, y gestionará ante la Unesco su reconocimiento como región histórica y patrimonio de la humanidad.
