Las solicitudes de registro o de licencia de importación, así como sus modificaciones deberán radicarse en la VUCE, y para efectos de su trámite el importador deberá encontrarse previamente registrado ante esta, lo anterior, de conformidad con el presente decreto y con los procedimientos que establezca la Dirección de Comercio Exterior.
